Client Rights

Every client of JSC Oriyonbonk has the right to file a complaint regarding the quality of service provided by the organization. Your complaints and claims will contribute to the further development of the organization's activities and improvement of service levels.


Forms of Citizens' Appeals

Citizens' appeals can be submitted both verbally and in writing. Verbal and written appeals have equal force. Appeals can be both individual and collective.


Types of Citizens' Appeals

Appeals can be presented in the form of statements, suggestions, or complaints:


  • Statement this is a citizens' appeal requesting assistance in protecting their rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests
  • Suggestion this is a citizens' appeal with recommendations for improving the work of state and public structures
  • Complaint this is a citizens' appeal demanding the restoration of violated rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests.
